BUTTE GENERAL STORE AND MARINE / BUTTE BOAT STORE

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

I ______________________________ authorize Butte General Store / Butte Boat Store to sell the below listed vehicle/water craft.  A 10% (percent) sales commission and all storage fees will be deducted from the total sale price. ( unless otherwise negotiated)  While the vehicle is at Butte General Store / Butte Boat Store I agree to not make any request to use the vehicle/water craft.  Should I (the owner) find a buyer or pick up the unit within the dates of this contract I will still pay Butte General Store the above commission fee or $200.00  (Whichever is the lesser of the two) for their efforts.  If the contract is not renewed, the owner agrees to pick up the vehicle within 7 (seven) days of the contract expiration.  If the vehicle is not picked up within that time, I understand that a fee of $2.00 per day will be charged. 

Butte General Store / Butte Boat Store is not responsible for loss or damage to the unit, or articles left in or with the unit, in the case of fire, theft, accident, inclement weather conditions or any other causes. 

I give Butte General Store / Butte Boat Store permission to demonstrate this unit on the water or road solely for the purpose of selling to potential buyers.

The following storage charges do apply.   $25.00 per month for outside storage, $40.00 per month for inside storage if available. 

Cleaning services.  $5.00 per foot for 1st time clean.  $10.00 per foot for detailing.  $30.00  to clean each time thereafter.
